Virtual therapy across Texas
There is more to you than what's been written so far.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Your mind won't slow down. You replay conversations, brace for what might go wrong, and lie awake running the same what-ifs.
You and your partner keep having the same fight. It escalates fast, nobody feels heard, and afterward, there's just distance.
You've lost someone, and everyone around you seems to have moved on faster than you can.
The faith that used to hold you has come apart, and you're not sure what's left or who you can tell.
A drink, a screen, or a habit you keep going back to has started costing more than it gives.
You're carrying something old that you've never said out loud.
You serve in ministry. Everyone leans on you, and there's nowhere for you to lean.
If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
You don't need the right words for it yet. Finding them is part of what we do together.
WHO I WORK WITH
Adoloscents, Individuals and Couples virtually in Texas
Individuals and couples who feel like their story has stalled.
Sometimes that's grief, or a faith that has come apart in ways you didn't expect.
Sometimes it's shame that has no name yet, or wounds carried so long they've started to feel like just the way things are.
Sometimes it's anxiety. The kind that keeps rewriting the same page, the same fears, the same what-ifs, until it's hard to remember what it felt like to just move forward.
For couples, it often looks like two people who love each other but keep finding themselves in the same chapter, the same argument, the same distance. Wondering how they got here and whether something different is still possible.
You don't need to arrive with clarity. You just need to be willing to look.

I’m Clayton
An LPC Associate and a native Texan. I’ve spent most of my adult life sitting with people in their hardest chapters: grief, doubt, addiction, anxiety that won’t settle, wounds that never got words, and couples caught in patterns that hurt.
I bring both clinical training and lived experience into this work. That combination shapes everything about how I show up.
